What People Are Saying...

“We enjoyed Lexia so much this past year that we’re not only renewed for our daughter, but we also purchased an additional license for our son as well!
We use Lexia at my school and I absolutely love it for my second graders! With the use of the immediate intervention, personalized learning and very engaging interactive activities, what’s not to love?! All of the kiddos are always so excited to see what their next level will be! Will they be experiencing a Day in Paris? Or will they be taking an adventure on the Antarctic Coast?! Thank you so much for providing such a wonderful platform!”

- Christina

“We got Lexia for our cute second grader who was really struggling with reading. It is a very engaging program and made it fun for him (which is something he needs). The biggest thing was that his school called to say, ‘I don’t know what you are doing at home, but keep doing it!’ Thank you so much, Lexia! I love this program!”

FAQ

Program Basics

Yes, but we strongly suggest any 6th grader or older use Lexia PowerUp. PowerUp teaches younger skills with a more mature platform. If your older student would enjoy the younger game-like platform of Core5, that is fine. We can move the student to PowerUp at any point during your license if you change your mind.

The initial placement assessment usually takes about 20 minutes.

Our programs cover every stage. Lexia Core5 is recommended for Pre-K through 5th grade, Lexia PowerUp for 6th grade and above, and Reading Plus for any student reading at a 3rd-grade level or higher. Whatever stage your child is at, there’s a program built for them.

The first student in the home is $175.00, and each additional student is $110.00 (USD) for a full 12-month license.

If your child is familiar with letters and sounds, can navigate an iPad or computer mouse, and can follow instructions, they should be able to succeed with Lexia Core5.

Feel free to help your student log in and log off, but try not to assist them during the program itself, especially during the placement assessment. If a student receives too much help early on, they may progress too quickly and find the content more difficult than it should be.

The program handles this for you. Every online reading program for kids in our lineup begins with an automatic placement assessment. As your child answers questions, the program adjusts to the right level, no guessing required on your end.

Yes, you can demo Lexia Core5 at www.lexiacore5.com/tryit before committing to a full license.
